I have gotten gloves and socks from Firwood. I also tried other brands, but these are the best. Higher amounts of alpaca used in each socks. After they put products in mail, they watch to make sure you have received it. How do I know this, well my package was taking quite a bit of time to get here. They actually emailed me to make sure I hadn't received it. This was during the snow storms but I finally got it. Great socks and consumer help. The best!
