Firwood Farm Alpacas is hosting Alpaca Yoga!

**Class is open to those 15 years of age and up. Ages 12-15 welcome with paid adult. (Both child and adult must pay for registration)

Join us for a fun all levels slow flow class, focusing on mindful movements while enjoying the Alpacas. We suggest bringing your yoga mat or towel, water bottle, camera and your sense of humor. After class enjoy a 15-minute meet and greet with our friendly alpacas and visit the store that will be open and is full of all things alpaca.
Our yoga instructor is Elizabeth “Liz” Grasher, 500 Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT).
One week notice = Full refund
Six days - 24 hours notice = Credit for another class
Less than 24 hours notice = No refund
Frequently asked questions:
1. I don’t have a yoga mat and I have never practiced yoga…can I attend?
Several extra mats will be available for you to purchase for $10 or you can bring a couple of towels. Our class is geared toward beginners so this would be a great class for you! Liz aims to provide a fun and safe experience with yoga and will provide modifications for many moves.
2. Where is the class held?
The class is held at Firwood Farm Alpacas in Fife (8002 48th St E, Fife).
We will be conducting the class in a grass pasture outdoors. Washington weather can be unpredictable so we encourage you to layer and wear comfortable clothing. **We will have a canopy and tarp set up in case of rain. If inclement weather doesn’t permit the class, we will contact you to reschedule.
3. How much does the class cost and where do I sign up?
The cost is $30 and includes a 45-minute yoga class with a 15-minute alpaca meet and greet. You can sign up on our website: www.FirwoodFarmAlpacas.com under “Products.” You can also learn more about Firwood Farm Alpacas and their alpaca rescue efforts on their website.
4. Is there an anything else I should know?
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver that will be emailed to you when sign up online. There will also be copies available before the class if you forget to bring yours.
